We had an amazing stay here with a super nice breakfast area stocked with plenty of options and very clean accommodations, which made our mornings enjoyable and convenient for our group of three adults and two kids. The hotel’s close proximity to the Crazy Woman Fine Art gallery, just about 2 km away, and Potters' Depot, which is about 1.5 km, made it easy for us to stroll around and enjoy the local culture.

Clean rooms with easy access directly from the parking lot offered convenience for families. Breakfast included freshly baked European bread, which was a delight. Unfortunately, the pool experienced ongoing maintenance issues throughout the stay, and updates felt untrustworthy. Additionally, the breakfast selections were limited, lacking variety beyond carbs, and there were some maintenance issues with the room's curtain rod.

we had a fantastic stay at surestay plus hotel by best western! the location right off the freeway made it easy for our road trip, and we loved that our room opened up directly to the parking lot. the staff, especially chelsea, were so friendly and helpful. the kids enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a great way to unwind after a long day in the car. breakfast was delicious and got us off to a good start.

I really enjoyed my stay at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western. The location right off the freeway made access super convenient. My room was clean and well-appointed. It was fresh and had a good variety. On the downside, I noticed that the breakfast area could use more seating. It filled up quickly, making it tough to find a spot during peak times.
